Everyone says the third times the charm, and I couldn't agree more. After three trips to Zephyr this spring we were finally able to get this guy secured. He's opened up, massive in terms of hip and rump shape and way fat backed. With names such as Long John, Leo, Maker and 4D Large trickled throughout his pedigree - he provides a fresh blend of the old, good stuff. Simply put, we are way in on this guy and can't wait to get his lambs on the ground. Owned with Minahan-Hansen Livestock.  Raised by Chad Perkins.

Fatlip x Huckleberry

There is no question that Fatlip has had a huge impact on our operation, with a strong set of his daughters going into production this fall and a few hitting the show ring. But at Pickinpaugh Livestock we are just as excited about Fatlip's son, Sweet Tooth. Here is a sneak peek at him as we introduce Sweet Tooth as our 2017 keeper buck. He matches his dad's image with a big foot and bold rack, all in a stylish, moderate package. We can't wait to turn him out and see what he can do for our program.
